If you seek a partner delivering quality, speed, and savings simultaneously, collaboration with Ahmad Tahmasbi is your answer.

How It Works

1

Laser Beam Generation and Transmission

In fiber laser cutting, the beam is generated by optical fibers doped with rare earth elements such as ytterbium. Powered by high performance diodes, this system produces a short-wavelength beam (around 1.06 microns) with high absorption in metals. The beam is then transmitted via fiber optic cables to the cutting head without any loss in quality.

2

Focusing and Cutting Process

Inside the cutting head, lenses focus the beam to an extremely small spot, heating the metal to several thousand degrees Celsius so it melts or vaporizes. Simultaneously, an assist gas such as nitrogen or oxygen is blown at high pressure to expel molten material and create a smooth, precise edge.

3

Precision Control and Advantages

The entire process is governed by CNC control, enabling the execution of intricate and highly accurate designs. Fiber laser technology not only delivers higher cutting speed and lower energy consumption but also supports cutting reflective metals such as aluminum and copper, making it an efficient and economical solution for various industries.
