Powder Coating: Lasting Beauty for Every Metal

our goal is more than providing paint; we strive to create a permanent, flawless coating that adds character, beauty, and durability to your products. Using advanced electrostatic powder coating technology, we can produce a smooth, resilient layer on a wide range of metals—including aluminum, galvanized iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. Equipped with two modern monorail lines, our facility can process parts of various shapes and sizes—even in high volumes—at speeds far surpassing competitors, making it a key advantage for large-scale projects with tight deadlines.

Quality, Safety, and Brand Alignment

We go beyond standard coating to offer customized color branding so that any color, pattern, or visual effect you desire is applied directly to the part, ensuring your final product matches your brand identity. While liquid paints still serve specific industries such as automotive or ultra heavy structures, electrostatic powder coating remains the superior alternative for household appliances, telecommunications, and electronic equipment. This method eliminates liquid paint drawbacks—from unpleasant odors and harmful solvents to lower durability and scratch sensitivity—while minimizing quality risks. Choosing Ahmad Tahmasbi means partnering with a team that prioritizes quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

How It Works

1

Surface Preparation and Cleaning

The metal surface must first be thoroughly cleared of grease, dust, rust, or contaminants—typically via chemical washing (degreasing and phosphating) or mechanical methods—to create an ideal base for paint adhesion.

2

Electrostatic Powder Application

Powder particles are charged using a spray gun and an electrostatic field, then adhere to the metal surface. The electrical charge ensures the powder spreads evenly—without sagging or bubbling—even across corners and edges.

3

Curing and Final Finish

After spraying, the part is placed into an oven, where the powder melts under controlled temperature and forms a hard, continuous layer. Once cooled, the product has either a glossy or matte finish (per customer preference) that resists impact, scratching, corrosion, and discoloration.
